The award entries this year were the most ever entered, which made it a great competition. I believe that there were over 600 entries. The guest judges from the Eastern States worked really hard and never tired, some of the days were really long.
At the Awards dinner, I was judged the winner of the Illustrative category which is a great personal achievement. I was so happy to win this and as a result the champagne started to flow.
The grand finale was the announcement of the West Australian Professional photographer of the year 2015. When they announced that I was the winner I was overwhelmed.
